Sick Love domisi pogrindinėmis bendruomenėmis, ypač queer ir kuriančiomis bendruomenėmis, kurių įdomiausios dažnai egzistuoja už didžiųjų miestų ribų. „Manome, kad jos yra miesto vystymosi ir kultūros šerdis, leidžianti susipažinti su erdvės, kurioje jos egzistuoja, pergalėmis ir nesėkmėmis. Išėję iš šios dėžutės, atradome miestus, kultūras ir kūrėjus, kurie mus ne tik įkvėpė, bet ir atvėrė mums akis į klestinčių bendruomenių už mūsų erdvių ribų mastą ir neįtikėtinus jų sukurtus darbus.“

"Sick Love is interested in underground communities - specifically queer and creative ones - the most interesting of which often exist outside of major cities. We believe they are the heart of a city's development and culture, offering insight into both the triumphs and failures of the space in which they exist. Stepping outside of this box has led us to discover cities, cultures and creatives that have not only inspired us but opened our eyes to the magnitude of thriving communities outside of our own spaces and the incredible work they produce.
A city filled with histories, rarities and subculture, the artists chosen for this project represent to us the grit and verve of Kyiv."
